Built on Friday mornings.
DashFlow started because every Friday, small fleet owners were drowning in the same mess — pulling numbers from five different tabs, trying to figure out if they were actually making money that week.
The origin
The founder ran a small service fleet. HVAC. Three trucks. Every Friday morning was the same drill: open the Google Sheet with job data, cross-reference with Stripe for revenue, check who's booked next week, try to remember which truck needed service. Two hours later, you'd have a rough idea of how the business was doing.
That's a terrible way to run a company. The data was all there — just scattered across a dozen tools and tabs. Nobody was putting it in one place.
DashFlow is what came out of that frustration. Not a grand vision or a pitch deck. Just a practical tool that pulls your operational data into one screen so you can see what's happening without the scavenger hunt.
The problem
Data everywhere, visibility nowhere
Job data in Google Sheets. Payments in Stripe. Scheduling in Jobber or Housecall Pro. Fleet status in your head. No single place to see all of it.
Hours wasted every week
Fleet owners don't have time to be data analysts. But that's what the current tools force you to be — logging in, exporting, copying, comparing. Every single week.
Enterprise software doesn't fit
Big fleet management platforms cost thousands and take months to deploy. You have 3 trucks. You need a dashboard, not an ERP.
The solution
DashFlow connects to the tools you already use — starting with Google Sheets — and puts everything in one real-time dashboard. Fleet availability, active jobs, revenue, work orders. All on one screen, updated live.
No data migration. No onboarding call. No 90-day implementation. Share your Google Sheet with our service account, and your dashboard is live in under two minutes.
"Making fleet operations visible without the enterprise software overhead."
Who it's for
DashFlow is built for small commercial fleets. 2 to 5 trucks. HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, field services.
We're not building for enterprises with 200 trucks and a dedicated ops team. We're building for the owner who checks their numbers from their phone before the first job of the day. The one who needs to know if the business is healthy without spending half a morning finding out.
